Making My Own Life

• I lead rather a solitary life.

• Most of my time I live in my country house which is located not far from the Baltic Sea.

• Forced but fortunately seldom journeys to the city is a torture for me.

• No one except my boyfriend usually visit me, which has actually pleased me.

• This almost only person in my life is more than rather a vulgar word ”boyfriend” I just will say that we’ve been together for 15 years - soul to soul.

• He built this house - all alone with his own hands, the same as a year before he built a bathhouse.

• In my side the main result is a well-kept garden, which recently got a landscape lighting and looks pretty even at night.

• There is nothing unusual that I hate to leave this lovely place for long.

• Especially blackbirds, there are a lot of them here and they feel themselves here as in home not less than I do.

• They loosen the garden beds with their beaks in a case to get food.

• We have an unspoken agreement that they could eat all except earthworms, which is my helper in gardening.

• Although I guess that time to time they break the agreement.

• In August and September grown chicks of blackbirds are going crazy, they started to scatter everything around including moss between paths and of course my decoratively laid bark.

• Their peaceful walks on my roof turns to a sprint and restless fights, during their plays they even crash into windows and in general go mad in all possible ways.

• Then they get over it and start leading a sedate life - their chirping no more so careless, they again back to inspecting my garden, after winter they are making families and hatching chicks, to have it all happen again.
