Join us for an exciting Thursday gathering at Zorba's Cafe! Depending on the weather, we will either be on the cozy 2nd floor or enjoying the outdoor seating along the street. If you don’t see anyone upstairs, just head outside to find us soaking in the ambiance!

Dear group members! For those who haven't yet attended our meetups—it's worth noting that often fewer people RSVP than actually show up. Many of our regulars are accustomed to dropping by without signing up, so feel free to come anytime that suits you from 5:30 PM to 8 PM!

Welcome back to our cherished venue! Zorba's Cafe holds a special place in our hearts as we’ve gathered here for years. We invite you to head to the 2nd floor to reconnect.

Conveniently located near the Dupont Circle Metro station, this is the same beloved spot where we’ve congregated every Thursday evening for many years before 2015.

All are welcome, but please remember to converse in Russian only. For many participants, this is a unique opportunity to practice their language skills. Plus, enjoy our happy hour specials!

Timing: We typically arrive by 5:30 PM, though the organizers might take a bit longer—up to 5:45 PM. If you arrive first, please hang tight; we will definitely show up! Expect to find fellow attendees until at least 8 PM, so feel free to come late if needed.

RSVPs: While we encourage you to RSVP, many people choose not to. Don’t be surprised if the list shows only a few attendees; we usually have a lively crowd with plenty of newcomers! If you're joining us for the first time, you certainly won't be alone.

On lovely weather days, we often opt for outdoor seating. If the 2nd floor is empty, just look for the group chatting in Russian at the tables outside.

To reiterate, it’s common for just a few people to RSVP while many more actually attend—so don't let the numbers discourage you. Looking forward to seeing you there!
