Join us every Thursday at Zorba's Cafe! We'll gather on the second floor, or if the weather allows, we may enjoy the fresh air at a table outside. If you don't see us upstairs, check the street for our outdoor gathering.

Welcome back to our cherished venue! We have been meeting at Zorba's Cafe for years, and we invite you to join us on the second floor.

Location: 1612 20th St NW, Washington, DC 20009

Conveniently located near the Dupont Circle Metro station, this is where we have enjoyed our Thursday evenings together for many years prior to 2015.

All are welcome, but please communicate in Russian only. For many of us, this is a unique opportunity to practice our language skills. Plus, happy hour specials will be available!

Event Timing: While someone typically arrives by 5:30 PM, it may take the organizers until about 5:45 PM to get there. If you're the first to arrive, please hang tight—we'll be there soon! Most attendees linger until at least 8 PM, so feel free to join us later if you can't make it right at the start.

RSVP Information: I encourage you to RSVP for the event. However, keep in mind that many regulars often skip this step. So even if it appears that only a few people are attending, don’t worry—we usually have a lively group! Additionally, we often welcome newcomers, so if it’s your first time, you certainly won’t be alone.

When the weather is pleasant, we often choose to sit outdoors. If you don't see anyone on the second floor, look for our group enjoying the ambiance at the tables outside.

Remember, we've had events where only a handful of people RSVP, but up to 15 join us! So please don’t stress about the numbers. Looking forward to seeing you there!
