Join us every Thursday at Zorba's Cafe! We gather on the second floor, or if the weather permits, we enjoy the fresh air at a table outside. If you arrive and don’t see anyone on the second floor, it’s likely that we’re seated outside, so feel free to check there!

Welcome back to our cherished gathering spot! We've enjoyed many wonderful evenings at Zorba's Cafe over the years. Come join us on the second floor!

Conveniently located near the Metro Dupont Circle station, this spot has been our Thursday evening rendezvous since before 2015.

Everyone is invited, but please remember to converse in Russian only. For many of us, this is a unique opportunity to practice our language skills. Enjoy happy hour prices while you're at it!

Timing: Typically, someone arrives by 5:30 PM, although the organizers may take until around 5:45 PM to arrive. If you happen to be the first one there, please wait for us—we will definitely show up! People usually stay until at least 8 PM, so arriving a bit late is completely fine!

RSVP: While I encourage you to RSVP, keep in mind that many attendees may not. It might look like only a few are coming, but rest assured that we usually have a lively group (and newcomers frequently join us). If it’s your first time, you won’t be alone!

On pleasant days, we often sit outside, so if you don’t see anyone on the second floor, just look for the group chatting in Russian at the outdoor tables.

And just to reiterate—while only a handful may RSVP, we often have a much larger turnout, sometimes around 15 people or more. So don't let the numbers concern you.
